Niels Vansimpsen

Niels Vansimpsen is a Belgian attorney and partner (Advocaat-vennoot) specializing in environmental law (Omgevingsrecht) at Confianz, a multidisciplinary legal firm. After completing his legal training period, Vansimpsen chose to establish a multidisciplinary collaboration with a former fellow student under the name Confianz, where he continues to practice as a partner specializing in environmental law. This entrepreneurial move demonstrates his commitment to building innovative legal practices that serve clients across multiple disciplines.

In addition to his work at Confianz, Vansimpsen has recently entered into a collaboration with the law firm BE-LEGAL, where he serves as Of Counsel, expanding his professional network and expertise reach within the Belgian legal market.
