Serge Lamoral

Serge Lamoral is a Belgian entrepreneur, author, franchisor, and co-owner of BBCOPA Bakery Group and Atelier Co-Pains, a growing bakery group with a production facility employing approximately 40 full-time staff. Based in Belgium, Lamoral has established himself as a prominent figure in the franchising and real estate sectors.

In 2019, Lamoral was named Starter of the Year in Belgium for his innovative patisserie concept. His franchise success continued to grow, culminating in Atelier Co-Pains being awarded Best Franchisor of Belgium in 2025. Today, Atelier Co-Pains operates more than 15 locations throughout Antwerp, demonstrating significant expansion in the Belgian market.

Before launching his bakery enterprises, Lamoral focused on building passive income through real estate investments. Within one year, he successfully developed a property portfolio comprising more than 15 properties, establishing a foundation for his entrepreneurial ventures.

Lamoral specializes in franchise development, passive income generation, real estate investment, mindset coaching, and entrepreneurship. His experiences form the foundation of his consulting work, where he addresses topics including resilience, responsibility, and sustainable business growth.

Today, Lamoral continues to lead his bakery operations while sharing his expertise through speaking engagements and consulting focused on leadership development and entrepreneurial growth strategies.

Serge Lamoral's company experienced a devastating fire in June 2023 that destroyed their production facility, but they managed to get their stores operational again within 48 hours through quick collaboration with a competitor. The company now operates with 48 employees from their Brasschaat production facility and has expanded to include Salt 'n Sugar as a new hospitality initiative. BBCOPA focuses on a buy & build growth model for strategic expansion.
